How to change the screen and fine mesh of the vibrating mine screen

1. Remove the beam ring of the vibrating screen and remove the upper frame;
2. Remove the broken fine net and check whether the thick net, bouncing ball, ball retaining ring and other parts of the net frame are damaged;
3. If there is no damage, lay a fine cut net;
4. Fix the fine mesh with clamps, without unevenness;
5. Reserve a length of 2cm for the fine mesh protruding around the frame edge, and cut off the remaining part;
6. Install the seal well;
7. Put on the upper frame, put the tie back on, and tighten the bolts;
8. Use a rubber hammer to beat evenly around the ring.
